My name is Daniel and I work as a Realtor for Century 21 Discovery as well as a real estate (review) appraiser on the side. I've seen a ton of agents, investors, gurus, and random people on TV selling the secret to sucess from buying and selling real estate here in California and wether they are real or not, what I see more often then anything else (THAT THE FAT CATS IN WASHINGTON DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT) is how people fail in real estate and lose everything doing it.
